VOLTAIRE’S WICKED NECROCOMICON

AMBER LOVE 15-SEP-2014 The success of the February 2014 VOLTAIRE’S WICKED NECROCOMICON has encouraged the organizers, Voltaire and Jeff Mach Events, to produce another show in September 2015. Last time, 800 attendees converged on Piscataway, NJ to be entertained by their favorite goth pirate singer-songwriter Voltaire. Not only is this dark devil a talented performer, he’s also a complete uber-nerd! He’s known for having a country vibe in his heavy string songs which often feature parodies and homages to favorite sci-fi franchises like STAR TREK and DOCTOR WHO. Check out his latest song below and notice the ever-so delightful Spock shirt; he already has the right eyebrows for it.

Chances are Voltaire will not be the only act performing at the 2015 Necrocomiccon. Word on the street is that Ego Likeness is about to be confirmed. Plus, other performers will be able to apply beginning in October. The applications will be posted on the official site, necrocomiccon.com. For social networking, please LIKE the Facebook page so that you can get the announcements as they are made.
As per the expectations of any JME attendees, there are likely to be some VIP packages with exclusives. Don’t hold me to it, but they are usually things like absinthe tastings or dinner with the headliner.
The 2014 NecrocomiCon was for ages 16+. It hasn’t been confirmed if 2015 will adhere to that as well. The Radisson is handicap accessible. Security is being managed by JME staff. If you are interested in volunteering please email palko@jeffmachevents.com.

I have to share with you one of my personal Voltaire favorites, “When You’re Dead” because it truly reminds me of the curmudgeons in our neighborhood (yes, we have more than one).
