Once again, it was my pleasure to model at the Pittsburgh South Arts school in Bethel Park. I might look worse than I should for a model, but I can’t tell you how relaxed I am now with these folks.

Since I have been paying so much attention to comic book art lately, I had forgotten the different vision of fine artists. I hate to classify or label anyone but there’s a difference in drawing an exaggerated version of (your) idea of the perfect human specimen for a superhero in her peak of physical development versus a fine artist who is capturing the realistic curves in front of his/her eyes. As Chuck Percherke reminds me, it’s not about flat sculpted abs or perky breasts rounded by the illusion of silicone implants; fine art is about “shapes and lines” of which I have plenty as an aging woman who has put on some pounds and developed a few wrinkles and stretch marks.

  1. Someone on Flickr stole these shots and claimed he took them, Most of his account is stolen shots
Starting with http://www.flickr.com/photos/52777945@N05/8819473134/in/photostream/ – maybe half a dozen

To view this image you’ll need a free Flickr account, and under Settings (Your Account)
    Privacy & Permissions–>Content filters–>Search Settings–>SafeSearch: Off

    This is Flickr’s advice
If you see photos or videos that you’ve created in another member’s photostream, don’t panic. This is probably just a misunderstanding and not malicious.
A good first step is to contact them via FlickrMail and politely ask them to remove it. If that doesn’t work, please file a Notice of Infringement with the http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/copyright/en-us/ who will take it from there. Check out the “Copyright/IP Policy” link in the footer of every page for more information.

    • Jesus christ. Thank you! I’ve commented on all the ones I could easily find but there’s 6 pages! And I emailed the Yahoo copyright office. THANKS!!
